Larry Solow
"Only when people, processes, and strategy are both strong and aligned can significant change be brought about and sustained. I get frustrated on behalf of my clients when smart, well-intentioned people invest heavily in one of those three areas without recognizing the impact of that change on the rest of the system.”
“Teams are not built in a training session! "
With his roots in organizational development and change management, Larry works with clients to:
- LISTEN in order to help them identify their highest priority issues,
- DESIGN learning and change experiences that integrate state-of-the-art theory with practical application,
- MEASURE AND MONITOR results,
- REFLECT AND LEARN so they increase their capacity to make change happen themselves in the future.
Larry has more than 25 years of internal and external change management experience. As an internal change agent, he has served as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Harley-Davidson and as Manager, Total Quality for a division of Honeywell (formally AlliedSignal Aerospace). In the manufacturing sector, he has coached and consulted for Alcan Packaging, Mattel, York International, SKF USA, and Tyco. Service sector clients include South Jersey Healthcare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Florida, and Federal Express.
