Lisa Marshall
"The stories we tell ourselves about leadership have much to do with what we believe our possibilities to be.
I work with clients to help them let go of their old stories so that there's room for new, bigger stories - about
themselves, about their organizations, and about what life holds possible.
One of the conundrums of leadership maturity is that you have to move from focusing on doing to focusing on "being".
Who you are becomes as important as what you do. My coaching is a mix of holding a safe container in which the
client can do the hard work of growing up to the next level at the same time that I'm challenging
them to be bigger than they think they can be. 'Unconditional love with an edge,' one client called it."
